Here's a tuff, long lasting REAL LEATHER BELT. Tuff enough for work and nice enough for casual and dress slacks. The buckle is removable and comes with some adjustment in the keeper to help keep the tip under control. The snaps are sturdy, your choice of Black, Antique copper, Gilt (gold color), or Nickle (silver color). Let us know if you have a preference in the NOTE box during checkout.

See the last 2 photos, this is the best leather I have for belts and it is very good looking and wears like Rhino hide if you could get it (it's protected). I sell them in their own listing for $60, but they don't sell well online. In-person they really sell. It's one of the best looking leathers I've seen. I guess you have to see it and touch it to appreciate it. Anyway, click on the RHINO button in the color tab to get the "Plain Belt price". It comes in the brownish color shown. For a $5 upgrade, I can dye it black.

A few words about the sizing of a Belt, see picture #5 in the photos.

A belt is considered as sized correctly if the center hole is within 3/4 inch of the stated size.
The reason the holes are seldom exactly what the size is stated is the leather has to be very wet to stamp and dye, then when it dries it will come back to near its original length but not exact. When there is design involved all we can do is give it our best guess as to exactly the size it will end up. It is seldom a big issue because we get it as right as can be most of the time.

As a general rule you get a belt that's 2" (inches) bigger than your pants size...if you wear a 34-inch pant waist, you would get a 36" belt.

BUT.....BUT.....BUT, (there's always a BUT)...the above rule is accurate ONLY if you use a standard TONG style buckle. (This is the style I give with my belts if you ask for a buckle)

If you have what is called a TROPHY style buckle (that's a flat oblong or rectangle buckle with a short peg on the back that goes through the hole in the belt), you would get a belt the SAME size as your pants waist. Because the longer buckle adds the 2" to the belt. If you use this style buckle and it seems to be longer than 3 to 4 inches, send me a picture of it with a tape measure next to it so I can see just how large it is and I'll adjust the belt accordingly for you.

I no longer include a keeper with the belt. And haven't for over 15 years.
The reason behind that is two-fold, with most jeans nowadays the 1st belt loop is so close to the pants snap and zipper, it's actually in the way of the keeper. So it simply isn't needed. I probably get only a couple of request a year for one, and secondly the cost of leather just keeps going up and up, so to help save cost I stopped giving the keepers. At my live shows, I have them available for $2.00.
